张翱 zhāng áo
唐末进士。恃才傲物。昭宗乾宁中至宿州,因于席上调戏刺史陈璠之宠妓,为陈璠杖死。事迹略见《北梦琐言》卷一〇。《全唐诗》存诗1首。

人物履历

1988 年 9 月至 1992 年 7 月,就读于四川师范学院(现西华师范大学)化学系,获学士学位; 1992 年 9 月至 1995 年 7 月,就读于南开大学元素有机化学研究所,获硕士学位; 1997 年 10 月至 2000 年 10 月,中科院上海有机化学研究所,获博士学位,导师为姜标研究员。 1995 年 7 至 1997 年 9 月,在中科院上海有机化学研究所工作,任研究实习员。 2001 年 2 月至 2002 年 3 月,在美国乔治敦大学( Georgetown University ) 医药中心作博士后访问学者; 2002 年 4 月至 2006 年 2 月,在美国哈佛大学( Harvard University )医学院工作,任哈佛医学院 Instructor , McLean Hospital 药物化学研究室 Assistant Director , 美国化学会东北分会会刊《 The Nucleus 》副编辑; 2006 年至今在中国科学院上海药物研究所工作,获中科院 " 百人计划 " 择优支持。

研究方向

张翱研究组主要从事创新药物研发及相关基础研究,尤其是靶向G-蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)和酪氨酸激酶(RTK)新型小分子药物的设计与合成研究。主要是通过发展新颖简捷合成方法实现类药性优势骨架的高效合成,以及基于活性天然产物类药性骨架进行多样性合成和衍生化,结合现代药物结构优化策略,探索药物的结构与活性、结构与靶向性、结构与成药性等规律,进而开发具有抗神经退行性疾病和抗肿瘤活性的新型药物。研究组目前正在进行的研究课题主要有: 【1】具有抗肿瘤活性的类药性天然产物的合成及基于成药性的结构优化; 【2】靶向酪氨酸激酶或DNG修复等特异性或多靶性抑制剂抗肿瘤药物的设计与合成; 【3】靶向G-蛋白偶联受体小分子药物的设计及抗神经退行性疾病活性研究。
